WHAT ARE THE START AND END TIMES FOR EACH EVENT?

The Mural Dedication Event at Parlor + Yard begins at 7:00pm and ends at 8:30pm.

The Mural Dedication After-Party at Summit Austin begins at 9:00pm and ends at 2:00am.

Gates to the Austin Elevates Charity Concert at Austin360 Amphitheater open at 6:00pm.

The lineup is as follows:

HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND FOR TICKETS?

Our General Admission tickets are free of charge, while supplies last. Because the Donor Packages are strictly donations to the charities, there will be no refunds issued.

CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKETS TO ANOTHER RECIPIENT?

No. Tickets are non-transferrable.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?

You will receive an email with your E-Ticket right away. Please either print your ticket or have it available to scan upon entry to any of the weekend’s events. Please refer to arrival instructions included in your confirmation email for each event.

HOW CAN I DONATE TO THE CHARITIES?

If you’re looking to make a donation, above and beyond our donor packages, you may do so by visiting our Charities page and clicking “DONATE” on the Charity of your choosing to be redirected to their site.

WILL I RECEIVE AN E-TICKET IF I WON TICKETS FROM A RADIO STATION GIVEAWAY?

No. You will receive hard tickets from the station.

HOW DO I PAY FOR PARKING AND WHAT DOES IT COST?

Standard parking is included with your Austin Elevates ticket, unless otherwise noted.

Parking lots will open one hour prior to main gates, unless otherwise noted. Main gates open at 6:00pm.

WHAT TIME DO THE GATES OPEN?

Gates open one hour prior to a show's start time unless otherwise stated.

DO YOU ALLOW TAILGATING?

Tailgating is welcome in our parking lots before a show as long as the festivities are contained to your singular parking place.

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS?

Tickets will be available here at 10:00am Central. 1,500 tickets will be available each day free of charge, on a first come first serve basis. Each order will only allow you to reserve up to 2 tickets.

DO YOU ALLOW THE RESELLING OF TICKETS AT THE VENUE?

No. The reselling of tickets is prohibited at all times anywhere on the grounds of Austin360 Amphitheater, or on any part of Circuit of The Americas' grounds or parking lots.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF INCLEMENT WEATHER?

Austin Elevates is a rain or shine event. If there are any changes to the show's planned schedule, it will be posted there. UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED, THE EVENT WILL GO ON AS PLANNED.

If a weather emergency occurs during an event, the venue will notify all guests and direct guests to take steps to minimize risks. Your safety is our priority.

IS THERE A CODE OF CONDUCT FOR GUESTS?

To ensure that all of our guests have a safe and enjoyable experience, amphitheater management will NOT tolerate the following actions from any guest:

  • Harassment of any kind toward fellow guests and staff will not be tolerated.

  • Wristbands and other credentials are NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE, and NON-REPLACEABLE. Do NOT stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry. Subsequent and/or multiple presentations (passing) of counterfeited wristband are VOID and will be seized by Venue Staff.

  • Misuse of tickets, wristbands, and other credentials will be seized by staff and will not be replaced. Those misusing tickets, wristbands, and/or other credentials are subject to ejection without a refund.

  • The resale of Austin Elevates admission tickets is strictly prohibited on the property, which includes the facility’s grounds and surrounding parking areas.

  • Soliciting or vending is not permitted on Pavilion grounds unless previously authorized by Pavilion management.

  • Smoking, including Vapes and E-Cigs, is not permitted on the floor, in reserved seats, on the H-E-B Lawn, or in the picnic and concessions areas. Designated smoking areas are located outside of the bowl in the Grand Plaza and the upper lid behind the stage near the bathrooms. Please see venue staff for directions.

  • Guests who show signs of illegal substance abuse or intoxication may be refused entry.

  • Guests are permitted to stand and dance in front of their seat. Standing ON seats is not allowed.

  • Standing or dancing in the aisles is not permitted. (Places of Assembly in the State of Texas, Article 25, Section 25.107)

  • Guests (including children) are not allowed to sit or stand on the shoulders of another guest.

  • No throwing objects of any kind.

  • Flying drones on or over the property is not permitted at any time.

Upon entering the venue, all patrons will be subject to the same security screening process which includes walk-through metal detectors, hand wands, and, in some cases, pat downs. In addition, all bags, purses, blankets, and personal items are subject to inspection. Please prepare accordingly; remove hats, jackets, and sunglasses and empty pockets of cell phones, keys, wallets, and other items prior to entering the metal detectors.

Ticket-holders should be aware that there are no provisions for returning banned items left at the venue entrances. We encourage you to leave all banned items at home or in your vehicle before entering the venue. Individuals who deliberately attempt to bring banned items through security checkpoints are subject to removal from the facility without a refund.


ARE THERE HOTELS CLOSE TO AUSTIN360 AMPHITHEATER?

Circuit of The Americas has partnered with local hotels to provide special hotel rates and has consolidated the best hotel rates available in the marketplace for your convenience.

WHAT FOOD AND BEVERAGES DO YOU SERVE?

A wide variety of food options will be available for purchase within the gates, with everything from full meals to tasty snacks. 

Please be aware our vendors will ID for all alcoholic beverage purchases. If you plan to have a drink or two, please bring an acceptable form of ID with you. IDs accepted include: U.S. Driver License, U.S. Territory's Driver License, U.S. State-Issued ID Card, Passport, Passport Card, or U.S. Military ID. 

Alcohol sales will cease 30 minutes prior to the projected end time of the event. No beverage regardless of type will be allowed to exit the venue at the end of the show.

DO YOU ALLOW FOR RE-ENTRY AT EVENTS?

There is no re-entry permitted.

DO YOU HAVE ATM’S?

Yes. ATM’s are located in the the Grand Plaza near concession stand locations.

IS SMOKING ALLOWED?

Smoking and vaping will only be allowed in authorized areas that are 15 feet from an entrance or openable window of an enclosed area. No smoking is allowed within the Austin360 Amphitheater's bowl or on the H-E-B Lawn.

HOW DO I GET TO AUSTIN360 AMPHITHEATER AT CIRCUIT OF THE AMERICAS?

We highly recommend using Waze to help you not just find the best way to get to Circuit of The Americas (COTA), but the best route to specific parking lots.

Open the Waze App and enter in the lot you're headed to (ex: "Lot F - COTA"). The best route to that parking lot will appear.

CAN I BUY TICKETS ONSITE?

General Admission Tickets will not be available for sale onsite. If you’d like to purchase a donor package onsite, those will be for sale subject to availability.

WHAT IS MY SEAT NUMBER?

You are NOT assigned a seat. You are assigned a SECTION. Sections are first come first served.

WHAT IF I HAVE A TICKETING QUESTION?

WHERE CAN I SAFELY BE DROPPED OFF AND PICKED UP?

The designated passenger drop-off and pick-up area for concerts is located in Lot H. For the safety of all guests, only this area may be used for dropping off and picking up passengers.

CAN I BRING IN FOOD OR WATER?

No outside food or beverages will be permitted within the gates unless specifically stated for an event.

All guests are welcome to bring in one factory-sealed water bottle per person, no larger than 20oz.

HOW DO I ACCESS VIP TICKETS?

Austin Elevates is in benefit of The SAFE Alliance, Superhero Kids, and St. David’s Foundation Community Fund. To access the VIP Packages, you must become a donor by donating. Please see the following packages:

DONOR Package A is $75 per person and includes the following FREE GIFTS: VIP Entrance, Premium Floor Seats, and T-Shirt - 100% of the Package Price goes to the Charities. DONOR Package A will give you access to Floor Sections 1, 2, 4, 5.

DONOR Package B is $100 per person and includes the following FREE GIFTS: VIP Entrance, Premium Floor Seats / PIT, and T-Shirt - 100% of the Package Price goes to the Charities. DONOR Package B will give you access to GA Pit 1, Floor Section 3.

WHAT ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED IN THE VENUE?

The following items WILL NOT be permitted within the gates of the venue. In addition to items specifically listed here, other items that may be deemed to present a potential hindrance or threat may also be prohibited.

  • Weapons of any kind including but not limited to guns, knives, explosives, brass knuckles, Tasers, mace, or pepper spray

    • Note: while it is legal, with a permit, to open carry or carry a concealed handgun in Texas, we do not allow guns in our facility.

  • Animals; except for certified service animals as dictated by the U.S. Department of Justice guidelines

  • Alcohol

  • Outside food or beverages (Reusable, collapsible water bottles and cups are allowed but must be empty upon entering the venue)

  • Illegal and illicit substances or drug paraphernalia

  • E-liquid or Vape Juice

  • Prescription Medications not in a pharmacy-labeled container which states the prescription, dosage, and patient name. All prescription medications will be reviewed by medical staff at the entrance.

  • Aerosol cans (hairspray, bug spray, sunscreen, spray paint, etc.)

  • Audio and video recording equipment, including iPads, Go-Pros and drones

  • Cameras with detachable lens - cameras must be able to fit in front shirt pocket (Note: Camera policies are dictated by the artist and are subject to change on a show-by-show basis)

  • Selfie sticks or tri-pods

  • Laptops and tablets

  • Bags or purses larger than 8.5" x 11” x 5" that aren't clear (review bag policy)

  • Bags or purses smaller than 8.5" x 11" x 5" with more than one pocket or opening (review bag policy)

  • Backpacks (review bag policy)

  • Camera bags

  • Blanket Bags

  • Patterned or colored plastic zip-lock bags

  • Blankets larger than 60” x 30”

  • Large Umbrellas

    • Only small personal umbrellas are allowed and may not exceed 41” diameter when open

    • No large, golf, or cane umbrellas

    • No sharp points

    • Umbrellas may not be opened on the floor, in your seat, or on the H-E-B Lawn

  • Tents, sun shades, or tarps

  • Chairs with legs higher than 6"

  • Inflatables (furniture, balloons, balls, etc.)

  • Glass or metal containers of any kind

  • Face masks

  • Chain Wallets

  • Fireworks, smoke bombs, and other explosives

  • Ice chests, coolers, and thermoses

  • Items that may be deemed a safety hazard or annoyance to participants or guests (balls, frisbees, projectiles, horns, radios, bells, whistles, musical instruments, laser pointers, noisemakers, etc.)

  • Confetti, glitter, silly-string, balloons, glow sticks or other projectiles

  • Stickers, paint pens, or markers

  • Signs on posts

  • Flags and banners

  • Strollers are allowed in the Grand Plaza and concessions areas but they are not allowed on the floor, in reserved seating, or on the H-E-B Lawn

  • Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, skates, Segways, golf carts, or other unauthorized means of transportation

  • Distribution of unauthorized promotional or commercial material
